Action Learning
Action Learning is a group problem solving approach, used around the world.
In our Action Learning sessions, small groups of parents explore challenges together, develop an individual action plan, then try it out. Typically, parents review how their plan works and return to their Action Learning group to share experiences of what helped them (or what didn’t) before deciding next steps. Our groups are run by founder Sam Silver, a trained Action Learning Facilitator.
