16+ Summer Watersports Programme Dates & Expression of Interest Form
Please download and use this form to tell us when a young person is available to come along to a watersports group. We run with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 7 participants, so can only confirm sessions when we have a confirmed peer group for Active360 to support.

Action-attainment works with families to find peer groups for young people that meet their age and stage of development. Please use the timetable to express interest in dates/activities you are interested in. Our application process helps us identify starting points so that participants have the best chance of having fun in a peer group and feeling successful in our activities. We understand that some people work best in small, supportive groups. Sometimes this can include a parent or a sibling if having a trusted person nearby increases confidence.
